ARTICLE 1 – IDENTIFICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between:
The company DOC 95, a Single Member Simplified Joint-Stock Company (SASU), with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Pontoise RCS under number 930 622 394, whose registered office is located at 6 rue Defresne Bast, 95100 Argenteuil – France, operating the brand “Paperasse,“
Hereinafter referred to as “Paperasse,“
And any natural or legal person requesting a service.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

Paperasse offers administrative and organizational support services for individuals and professionals.
Services exclusively consist of material, technical, and organizational assistance in the constitution, structuring, transmission, and follow-up of administrative procedures.
Any quote validation, electronic signature, or payment constitutes full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

ARTICLE 3 – STRICTLY ADMINISTRATIVE NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY

Paperasse exclusively carries out administrative assistance activities.
Paperasse: is not a law firm; is not an accounting firm; does not practice any regulated profession; does not provide any personalized legal, tax, or accounting advice; does not draft any documents reserved for regulated professions; does not represent any client before a court.
The intervention is strictly limited to administrative support.

ARTICLE 4 – PRINCIPLE OF NON-REQUALIFICATION

Services fall exclusively under administrative support. Any legal, tax, accounting, notarial, architectural, or technical analysis is exclusively the responsibility of an authorized professional.
The client acknowledges understanding this distinction and accepts that Paperasse does not intervene in legal or technical strategy.

ARTICLE 5 – REFERRALS TO REGULATED PROFESSIONALS

When the client’s situation requires the intervention of a regulated professional, Paperasse may offer a separate administrative guidance and coordination service.
This service specifically includes: administrative analysis of the expressed need; identification of a suitable professional; preparation and structured transmission of necessary elements; initial administrative coordination.
This service is subject to separate flat-rate billing. The fees of the professional concerned are fixed exclusively by them. No rebate, commission, or fee-sharing is received by Paperasse. The contractual relationship is established exclusively between the client and the professional concerned. Paperasse does not intervene in the professional liability of the third party.

ARTICLE 6 – OBLIGATION OF MEANS

Paperasse is bound by an obligation of means. No guarantee can be given as to: obtaining a favorable decision; obtaining an administrative appointment; the outcome of a request; administration processing times. Decisions rest exclusively with the competent authorities.

ARTICLE 7 – ADMINISTRATIVE APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are assigned exclusively according to the availability of official platforms. Paperasse controls neither the administrative computer systems nor their response times.
In case of proven impossibility despite diligence, the sums paid for this specific mission may be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days. If the client obtains an appointment by their own means after opening the file, the fees incurred remain acquired.

ARTICLE 8 – ADMINISTRATIVE MANDATE

The client authorizes Paperasse to perform necessary strictly administrative steps on their behalf. Paperasse: transmits documents; proceeds with data entry based exclusively on information provided by the client; structures files; ensures administrative follow-up.
Paperasse does not sign any document in place of the client. This mandate entails no legal representation.

ARTICLE 9 – CLIENT’S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The client remains solely responsible for: the accuracy of information transmitted; the authenticity of documents provided; declarations made to administrations. Any fraud or falsification results in immediate suspension of the mission without reimbursement of sums committed.

ARTICLE 10 – START OF SERVICE

The mission begins only after: express validation of the quote; payment of the deposit; receipt of required documents.

ARTICLE 11 – DEPOSIT

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. It covers opening and initial processing fees. It is capped at €500. In case of cancellation after the effective opening of the file, this deposit is non-refundable.

ARTICLE 12 – RATES AND PAYMENT

Rates are guaranteed for the duration of the quote’s validity. The balance is payable before final administrative transmission. In case of late payment, penalties at the legal rate in force may be applied.

ARTICLE 13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Paperasse’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client. This limitation does not apply in case of gross or willful misconduct. Paperasse cannot be held responsible for administrative decisions, refusals, or delays attributable to administrations.

ARTICLE 14 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer client has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The client may expressly request immediate start of the service before this period expires. In case of full execution before the end of the period, and after express request from the client, they lose their right of withdrawal. In case of withdrawal after execution has begun, the client remains liable for an amount proportional to the services performed.

ARTICLE 15 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is collected exclusively for administrative folder management. The client has the rights provided by the GDPR. Full details are in the Privacy Policy available on the site.

ARTICLE 16 – SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Paperasse may suspend or terminate the mission in cases of: non-payment; fraud; inappropriate behavior; prolonged lack of cooperation.

ARTICLE 17 – FORCE MAJEURE

No liability can be incurred in cases of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 18 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by French law. For professional clients, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of the registered office’s area. For consumers, legal rules of territorial jurisdiction apply.

ARTICLE 19 – ACCEPTANCE

Electronic validation of the quote, mandatory checkboxes, and these GTC constitutes full and complete acceptance.

ARTICLE 20 – DEADLINES AND ABANDONMENT

To ensure the smooth processing of files, the following deadlines apply:
Quote Validity: Any quote issued by Paperasse is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from its date of issuance.
Price Guarantee: From the date of quote acceptance, the client has thirty (30) days to provide all necessary supporting documents. After this period, the initially agreed rate is no longer guaranteed in case of an increase in the current service rates.
Abandonment: Any file that could not be finalized within ninety (90) days of its acceptance, for reasons attributable to the client (notably failure to provide documents), is deemed abandoned. In this case, Doc 95 (Paperasse) rightfully retains 50% of the total service amount as processing, management, and service reservation fees.
